A Message From our Principal
Dear Bogle Families,
We had a successful first quarter. Our students have been kind, respectful and have worked hard. So far 71 students and 11 staff members have been recognized and have rung our celebration bell. Ten students who have already received 30 respect tickets had a donut breakfast today. We appreciate you partnering with us in educating our students. The Bulldog pride at Bogle is strong.
Have a restful Fall Break!
Amanda Cook
End of Quarter Updates
The end of Quarter 1 is quickly approaching. The students’ last day before Fall Break will be Friday, September 20th. To have the best finish to this quarter, we are continuing to emphasize our Bogle core values of Respect, Persist, and Triumph.
- We will remind students to have Respect for themselves, others, for Bogle, and the learning environment.
- If you can emphasize these at home, that would be greatly appreciated.
- We will encourage students to Persist in their academics by turning in any missing assignments (check Infinite Campus) before their deadline and taking advantage of tutoring or Homework Hub.
- The last day for tutoring, Homework Hub, and the late bus will be Wednesday, September 18th.
- We will Triumph by celebrating students at our end of the quarter spirit assembly on Friday, September 20th.
- Please note the assembly will run from 2:40-3:55. We ask that if you need to sign out your child early, please do so before 2:40. Otherwise there may be an additional delay.
- Quarter 1 grades will be available in Infinite Campus the following week.
- School resumes for students on Tuesday, October 8th

National Suicide Prevention Month
September is National Suicide Prevention Month, a time to remember lives lost to suicide, acknowledge those who have experienced thoughts of suicide, and the many individuals, families and communities that have been impacted by suicide. September is also a time to raise awareness about suicide prevention and share messages of hope. Hope is teachable. It is a resource that grows and changes as we move through life. Hope does not have to be passive. We can be intentional about cultivating a mindset of hope for our communities- hope is not just a feeling, it’s an action.
So, how do we provide our communities with hope? There is effectiveness in proactive engagement so please join us for two upcoming events and check The Department of Counseling & Social Services website for more opportunities throughout the month of September.
If you are concerned about yourself, a family member, or friend know that help is available, call or text 988. You can also visit The Department of Counseling & Social Service's website for additional resources as they relate to suicide prevention.
Items left in lost and found will be donated over break!

Although the program has retained its name, neither gender nor ethnicity will be a consideration as participants are chosen for the program. Report, Don't Repost
The Maricopa County Attorney's Office "Report, Don't Repost" campaign urges teens, teachers, and parents to report teen violence content instead of sharing it online. Teen violence is a growing issue, and the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office is seeing more cases of teen-perpetrated violent crime. Reporting these types of incidents helps keep communities safe. Youth violence harms individuals, families, and communities. If not reported, law enforcement can't submit cases for prosecution. Use the tool kit below to help spread the message: Report, Don't Repost!
If you witness a fight:
- Don’t post videos of the fight on social media.
- Don’t try to break up the fight.
- Call the local police to tell them about the fight.
- Never assume someone else will call the police or already has.
- If you don’t feel safe reporting an incident, you can do so anonymously.
- Let those involved know police have been called and are on their way.
