The application for the Middle School ACTION Team is now open. If you are interested in leading the charge of Crosby Scholars in your school, apply now.

Please note that a recommendation letter is needed to complete your application. This letter can be from a teacher, principal, school staff, coach or community/church leader.

We’re excited to introduce Najeema Bey-Mickel as our new Program Manager! Hailing from Evanston, Illinois, Najeema has a solid background in education, having earned her degree in English Liberal Arts from Livingstone College and a Master’s in Education from UNC Charlotte.

Najeema loves chocolate, singing, and traveling with her family. We’re looking forward to all the great things she’ll bring to the team!

Roberta graduated from Salisbury High School and is a Howard University alumna. She is also a Salisbury native and graduated from the Crosby Scholars program. Roberta loves to read fiction books in her free time and watch new TV shows. She was on the dance team and played tennis for Salisbury High.
