A Note from the Office
Veterans Day holds immense importance as a national observance dedicated to honoring the men and women who have selflessly served in the United States Armed Forces. This day serves as a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made by veterans to protect our freedom, preserve peace, and uphold the values that define our nation. It is a time for reflection, gratitude, and unity, as communities come together to express appreciation for the courage and dedication of those who have worn the uniform. Thank you to those in the Parmenter Community who have served.
Second, HERE is an article with 9 tips to make the best out of your Parent/Teacher Conference. As a reminder, we have early release days next Thursday and Friday for the purpose of conferences. We are holding evening conferences on Thursday night too. Please reach out to your child's teacher with any questions.
Be well,
Evan Chelman, Principal

Treats for Troops Results
Thank you to all of the families that contributed to our Treats for Troops drive. This year we broke our school record by collecting 435.5 pounds of candy. Congratulations to the fifth graders who donated the most candy! We know the troops will appreciate these sweet treats.
