Teacher Help Sessions
Teachers are available before and afterschool throughout the week to help students with additional questions you may have. Students who are struggling in class should be sure to reach out to their teacher to get help! Use the link below to see when your teacher has help sessions.
MARVEL Academy
What is Marvel Academy?
- Marvel Academy provides an excellent opportunity for students to extend their learning beyond regular school hours with 2-hour sessions on select Saturdays throughout the academic year.
- Work independently on assignments, projects, and personal studies
- Receive assistance from peer tutors and select certified teachers.
- Make up tests or quizzes they may have missed during the week.
- Work collaboratively with partners on group projects.
- Upcoming MARVEL Academy dates:
- Saturday: 12/14, 02/08, 03/22, 05/03
- PM session (3:30-5:00): 12/10, 03/04, 04/24

COLLEGE ADMISSIONS
Class of 2026- USG Testing Requirement Changes for College Admissions
Big changes recently announced for the Class of 2026 when it comes to testing requirements for certain University System of Georgia (USG) schools.
The USG has changed their test policy for admission. Starting with your senior year, the following schools will require ACT/SAT scores for all applicants.
- UGA, GT, GCSU, GSU, KSU, Augusta, Georgia Southern, Mercer
If you haven't taken a test, start exploring options now so you are prepared to apply to college.
College Admissions for Students with Learning Differences
The Princeton Review and FCS have teamed up to bring a free, virtual event, College Admissions for Students with Learning Differences, to our families. It will be held on Thursday, December 5th at 6:00 pm.
