CSP is Closed on May 29, 2024 for ALL Students

The graduation ceremony date for the Class of 2024 is Wednesday, May 29, 2024. CSP will be closed in order for staff to celebrate the Class of 2024.

Normal school hours will resume on Thursday, May 30, 2024.

CSP is Looking for a New High School Math Team Coach for 2024-2025

CSP would like to thank Dr. McCrary for the wonderful he did the past three years as the High School Math Team Coach.

We are now looking for a replacement. If you are interested in being the 2024-2025 Math Coach, please reach out to Mr. Jefferson at djefferson@mycsp.org. It is an hourly paid position.

CSP Elementary School Family Yard Sale - June 1

We hope to see you at our first CSPES Family Yard Sale! You can come and find treasures or you can register for a spot to make a little extra money! Reserve your spot for only $15. All proceeds will be used to purchase science supplies for the upcoming school year!

CultureFest - June 7

Hello Families,

As you know, CSP is dedicated to celebrating culture and diversity. Please join us on Friday, June 7th, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm for our CultureFest tradition, where we spend an evening together as a community honoring our cultural learning and our rich, varied backgrounds with exhibits, games, performances, and much more.

We welcome everyone to the event and encourage student and family participation. In addition to working on classroom projects, we invite students to volunteer to showcase their talents with performances, and we welcome families to host informational culture booths or contribute food dishes (ingredients must be listed) for sampling. Due to popular demand, this year we will be adding a cultural attire fashion show to the night's lineup!

Families and students can use the following link to sign up: CultureFest Sign Up Form. Responses should be submitted by May 30th.

CSP Approved List of Volunteers/Chaperones - Please Read

In order to be considered to volunteer or chaperone, you must first fill out a response to our CSP Volunteer Interest Form. This is the same form that was sent out multiple times at the beginning of the school year and has been included in the parent newsletters.

If you submitted a response, you do not need to do anything further. Once you submit a response, Ms. O'Brien will follow up with an email letting you know next steps. You will not need to submit a new response each year. Ms. O'Brien will reach out to you to let you know if your commercial background is expiring.

Cupcakes/Treats for Birthday Celebrations

If you wish to bring in cupcakes or treats in for your child's birthday, you must first contact Mr. Jefferson by emailing him at djefferson@mycsp.org.

Lost and Found

If your student lost jewelry, ear pods, headphones, phones, glasses or any other small items, please have them stop by the front desk before the end of the school year.
