OLLV Catholic School

Be it known to all who enter here, that Christ is the reason for this school. He is the unseen, but ever present teacher in the classrooms, the model of its faculty, and the inspiration of its students.

As we start the new year we will focus on the different ways that we can build our relationship with God. This week we will be focusing on different types of prayer.

The year is about halfway over and it has flown by! As a gentle reminder, to receive the Parish Rate for the 2024-2025 School Year, your donations are due to the Church by May 31, 2024.

Parish Discount

In order to be an established parishioner, and in order to receive a parish rate for school, families must be registered at Our Lady of Las Vegas Catholic Church and have contributed a minimum donation of $500.00 to Our Lady of Las Vegas Church. Donations are accumulated over the course of a calendar year, so families who want a parish rate for the 2024-2025 school year, must remit donations to Our Lady of Las Vegas Catholic Church from June 1, 2023-May 31, 2024.

Non-uniform coats and jackets may not be worn in the classroom. Only 8th grade jackets and school uniform fleece jackets are permitted to be worn inside the classroom. Any coat or jacket is permitted outside.

Leggings are only acceptable if worn with a dress or skirt of an appropriate length, no more than three inches above the knee.

Students may not wear pajama pants to school unless it is a specified “pajama day.”

Skirts Must be within three inches of the knee.

Boy’s hair may not be more than 3 inches in length or longer than the top of the shirt collar and may not cover the eyebrows or ears.

Should you wish to volunteer in your child's classroom or be a chaperone on a field trip please ensure that you have completed fingerprinting, background checks, and the CMG program. You may pick up a volunteer packet in the front office. Please know that this clearance process takes between four and six weeks.
