Wakefield Middle School
January Newsletter
From The Principal
Wakefield Families,
I hope that each of you enjoyed spending time with family and friends over the Holiday break; I hope that you were able to rest, relax, and reenergize. Huge Congratulations to our Dean and his wife on the arrival of their new baby girl.
I know that the departure of Evan Hummel has already been felt; he is now in "The Last Frontier" (Alaska). We wish him much luck in his future endeavors. His presence will be missed by all. In an effort to ensure a high level of rigor and consistency for our 7th grade students, our very own Ms. Denise Molina will transition and be our new 7th grade humanities teacher.
As we begin the spring semester, we ask for your continued assistance with your student in re-establishing routines.
Community Engagement:
Wakefield Middle School values strong partnerships with our community. If you or your family have ideas for community events, collaborations, or ways to enhance our school's environment, please reach out. Your Input is invaluable.
Reminders:
- In the morning, we ask that students be dropped off no earlier than 8 am in order to ensure proper supervision.
- In the afternoon, please pull up to the cones to pick up your student
