Welcome to the refreshed SchoolStatus Forms&Flows! This updated interface streamlines how you manage and track your forms while maintaining all the powerful functionality you rely on. This guide will walk you through the enhanced features and help you make the most of the new design.
Parent/Guardian & Student Accounts
Form Completion
The hub has been simplified, with the functions used the most each having its own button. You will no longer need to use menus to find Self Service forms. The purple number indicators in the image below relate to the explanations in the tables below. These numbers also correspond to the numbers in the Table of Contents to the left.
1. Form Requests
To view new forms for completion assigned by the school, click the first (gray) button labeled Form Requests. The number indicates the number of outstanding forms.
Each form will have its own card. Click Start Form to complete the form.
2. NEW! In-Progress Forms
When you have saved a form for later, they will show here until submitted.
Click the second (blue) button labeledIn-Progress. The number indicates the number of in-progress forms. If there is no number, there are no in-progress forms.
A list of in-progress forms will be displayed. Click Continue to access the form.
3. Completed Forms
To view a list of every form you have submitted, click the third (green) button labeled Completed Forms.
A list of completed forms will be displayed. Click View Form to access the form.
4. Form Center
Click the fourth (yellow) button labeled Form Center. The NEW badge indicates a new self service form is available.
A list of Self Service forms will be displayed. Click Start Form to access the form.
5. My Students
To view your student's forms and record, click the fifth (purple) button labeled My Students.
A card for each of your students will be displayed. There is an option to View Forms or View Record for each student.
6. Account Switcher
To easily switch to any linked account, click the arrow to see your linked accounts. Click on the account of your choice.
7. Change Language
To change the display language, click this icon at the top right corner.
Choose the desired language and click Save.
8. Help
To contact our support team, click the Help button on the top right menu.
Parents/Guardians also have the option to use the Help button on the bottom right of the screen. Student accounts will not have access to the live chat Help button.
9. My Account
All account settings for your account are listed here. If you have more than one Operoo account, link them here for easy access.
Click this icon at the top right corner and choose Account Settings.
Complete the desired setting. The red number indicates if you have an alert.
Sign Out
To log out of Forms&Flows, click the My Account button on the top right menu and select Log Out.

Clicking the buttons below will open the video tutorial in a separate window.
