Do Not Use the Bus Lane for Pickup After School
Parents, please remember after school pick up is in the back parking lot only, NOT the bus lane. We appreciate your attention to our students' safety.
Students Must Wear IDs
Any student without an ID will have another one printed for them. They will be charged $5 for each ID badge that is replaced.

Speech and Debate News
Please, congratulate Anderson To for qualifying to finals in The Plano Rotary Club Annual "4-Way" Speech Contest.
Finals will be held at the ArtCentre of Plano at 902 East 16th Street 75074 this Saturday, April 27 at 9:00 am. The top four students will receive cash prizes of $250, $150, $100 and $50.
The winner will go to the District contest on May 4. First prize at District is $1,000.
We are so proud of Anderson! Way to go!
McMillen Theater Presents - Tonight!
All the students in an acting class have roles within the play and all the students in the Technical Theater Classes designed every aspect of the production including Set, Costumes, Posters, Props, Sound, and Light. This is their final project in class in which the students take everything we’ve learned this year and put it all into two productions. I hope you will come out and support your Theater Students.

World Wear Bins
McMillen HS PTSA benefits as a result of the placement of a shoes and clothing donation bin at our school in the parking lot. We are paid by the pound for each pound of shoes, clothing, belts, purses, wallets, hats, caps, backpacks, hard toys and stuffed animals placed in our bin. Please help our PTSA raise funds for school projects, teacher training, new technology and to generally support the children who attend our school.

Fentanyl Awareness Day - May 7th
National Fentanyl Awareness Day is May 7th, 2024. This is a day to help continue discussion in our community about the dangers of Fentanyl and equip families with tools to have these discussions at home.
