Need to find time for your department to meet over the summer? Have other groups you need to coordinate a meeting time? Don't waste time asking everyone about their schedules, send out a Doodle or When2meet. These websites help groups find the times that best work for everyone. Take the hassle out of convening. (Super helpful in personal endeavors too!)

Google Jamboards will sunset this December, so consider using FigJam. It is a similar platform with a group of products, but ultimately they offer a jamboard-like white board and are offering educators free access to their content. I will be tinkering with it this spring and summer to make sure I am ready when our go to collaborator, Jamboard, is gone.
