Principal's Message

Hello Hoffman Families!


First, I just want to send a quick reminder that tomorrow (4/18) is a non-attendance day so we will not have school tomorrow. I hope everyone enjoys the three day weekend.


We are getting into the homestretch of the school year. We just completed all of our sessions of the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR). I was very impressed with the focus our students demonstrated. Today, our incoming third grade class visited Hoffman. We had a great time meeting our future Hornets! Next week, our fifth graders will get to go visit their future middle schools.


We have a lot of fun things planned to close out the school year. Stay tuned for more information!

Registration for 2025-2026 School Year

Registration is now open for the 2025-2026 school year! Visit register.glenview34.org to register or find more information. The early registration deadline is June 3, 2025. Families who register for kindergarten with a full-day experience before that deadline will pay a $3,360 fee (a $336 deposit is due at registration); the fee increases to $3,660 after the deadline. Yearbook Order Deadline is April 30th

As we near the end of yearbook ordering season, we would like to remind you that the deadline to order books and personalize pages (two free with every order) is April 30.

For the first time, parents, students, teachers, and friends can also order yearbooks to be donated to our amazing schools. All donated books will be printed and shipped directly to schools where the PTA will help to distribute them. Donation books can be purchased now through April 30. When logging into Treering add a yearbook to your cart, select “checkout now,” on that page select “donate yearbooks” and the number you would like to purchase.

Staff Appreciation Week - Let's Go Back to the 90's! (May 5-9)

Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week is coming up soon (May 5-9)! The PTA is working hard to make this a very special week for our amazing teachers and staff who have worked sohard this past year. The HE/HO staff is about to have a blast from the past! Grab your brick cellphones and scrunchies because we are Gettin' Jiggy Wit It as we turn the schools into "Totally 90's!"
