Lincoln PK-8 April Newsletter
April 1, 2025
FOCUS... FOCUS... FOCUS...
As Spring arrives, it is essential that we all remain focused on our goals of academic growth and success. Please make sure students are at school everyday and on time, and help remind your Lincoln student that completing and giving their best work and making good behavior choices are still the expectation!! We have two more full months of school! We have so much more to learn and discover, and we need prepared, enthusiastic learners.
Remember to:
- Check behavior charts/Remind apps and discuss good choices!
- Review homework with your child and make sure it’s completed with their best effort!
- Praise and reward your child for good...

SPRING TESTING INFORMATION
Throughout the next couple months, there will be a variety of assessments given in all grade levels. You may hear your child talking about some of these tests. Aside from reinforcing the importance of your child doing their best on all assessments, there are a few things that you can do to help. Please be sure that your child is in school, on time, every day and try to limit the number of times your child is being signed out early from school. Please be sure your child is getting adequate rest, nutritious meals and positive messages from you about doing their best!
FINAL 2024-2025 CONFERENCES
Our final Parent / Teacher Conferences of the 2024-2025 school year were very successful. Thank you to all of our parents and families that attended. Communication between our school and our families is so very important for the success of your student! Please continue to monitor your child's school work and grades through Progress Book and reach out to your child's teacher through the Remind App if you have any questions or concerns.
FINAL FORMS
If you have a NEW PHONE NUMBER or NEW ADDRESS, please make sure you update the information in Final Forms! If you have a change of address, you still have to provide proof of residency to the Board of Education. Please keep in mind, address changes cannot be completed at the building level.
