Cold Spring Elementary Update

Welcome to a new school year at Cold Spring Elementary! We have been busy this summer with new carpet installed in the commons, and our new playground is just about complete! It won't be long before the equipment is well broken in :-)

Please take the time to look at the tabs below to assist with transportation, breakfast and lunch menus, the application for educational benefits, student handbook and code of conduct; our school calendar; and more!

If your child is returning to CSE, please make sure you have went into Skyward and updated your child's information, including permissions for field trips, use of pictures, internet use, etc. Please also update your contact information and make sure the inclement weather information is up to date!

To find out who your child has as a teacher, you will need to have a login for Skyward. Your child's teacher assignment will be viewable on Skyward by August 15th. Click here for Skyward Family Access

Our school day starts at 8:20 and ends at 2:55. Students who arrive to school after 8:40 will be marked tardy; and will need an adult to sign them in. If you need to take your child out of school, you will also need to come into the office to sign them out and sign them back in if they are returning.

If you need to change transportation for your child or have any other important information you need to deliver to your child, please contact the office before 2:30 so we can ensure a message will be delivered. The end of the day is SUPER busy! It is best to contact the office instead of the classroom teacher, as they are busy teaching and may not see the message in time! Busing and school begin one hour late on these dates to accommodate new state requirements for the READ ACT. Staff are available in our building at 7:45 for supervised care. Spartan Spot drop in care is also available; Register for Spartan Spot HERE
