Prayer to Christ the King
Christ Jesus,
I acknowledge You to be the King of the universe; all that has been made has been created for You.
Exercise over me all Your sovereign rights. I hereby renew the promises of my Baptism, renouncing Satan and all his glamour and works, and I promise from this moment to lead a truly Christian life.
In particular, I commit to bringing about the triumph of the rights of God and Your Church.
Divine Heart of Jesus, I offer You my poor actions so that every heart may acknowledge Your Sacred Kingly Power throughout all the earth. Amen.

Dates for 2024
kids for kids ‘Big Cheque’ Handover
Our kids for kids social justice program is unique to Queenies. It aims to empower our students to reach out to other children in need.
We wrapped up our 2024 kids for kids fundraising at a special Gathering Assembly on Wednesday.
Members of the Social Justice Committee (SJC) outlined our Market Stall Day, Pyjama Day, and Containers for Change fundraising activities.
They also thanked the anonymous donors who helped to bump our total up to a phenomenal $2989-80. This money will make a big difference to our friends at the Flame of Love Orphanage in the Congo.
The SJC then presented our ‘big cheque’ donation to the Union of the Catholic Apostolate which was filmed by CEWA for their Christmas promotion.
I would like to thank the SJC for their efforts in spearheading our kids for kids fundraising. An even bigger thank you to our very generous school community who always respond to our requests for donations and participate in all our fundraising events.
