The Brown County 4-H Recognition Event will be Sunday, November 10th at the Brown County Courthouse.

Set dates for 2025 Meetings.

1. January 27, 2025, at 6:00pm - Brown County Courthouse Basement

2. April 28, 2025, at 6:00 pm - Brown County Courthouse Basement

3. July 15, 2025, at 6:00pm - Aberdeen Regional Extension Office Basement

4. September 29, 2025, at 6:00 pm - Brown County Courthouse Basement

The Brown County 4-H Office will have a new member packet, including: In this packet, you will find several items, including:

• Enrollment Instruction Guide. This guide will help you get your youth enrolled through our online enrollment program. It is a step-by-step guide; however, if you have troubles contact the 4-H Office.
• Brown County 4-H Brochure. The brochure gives you a synopsis of the endless opportunities we offer youth and their families. It will have a list of all our 4-H Clubs on there, look and let me know if you have any questions.
• Brown County 4-H’s Newsletters come via email; we use smore.com. There are weekly and monthly content that comes from our office.
• Brown County 4-H Projects at a glance. It is a PDF with all our project areas listed as well as projects ideas to complete in those areas.
• They will also receive a record book cover. Please have your new members come to the office, we would love the chance to talk with them and answer any questions they may have.
  

If you or your club received one of the traveling trophies presented at last year’s Recognition Event, please retrieve, and return it to the 4-H Office ASAP. It will need to be updated and presented to this year’s recipient.
