Graduation 2024 Edition
Cap and Gown Information
Caps and gowns can still be ordered if you have not yet done so. Use the link below to place your orders. Please do so quickly as they are running out of sizes. Students who do not have a cap and gown will not be able to participate in the graduation ceremony.
Cap, gown, and other senior items that have already been ordered are available for pick up in the Student Activities Office.
Graduation Ticket Information
Don't forget to sign up to receive your graduation tickets. Ticket distribution will begin May 13 in the Auditorium Lobby. Tickets will only be given to students. All students will receive 9 tickets.
In order to receive tickets, all fines must be cleared. This includes fines from elementary and middle school. It also includes fines from other high schools for students who have transferred. See the attached letter for more information.

You will get your tickets from Ms. Heinze.
Pathways Students
You will get your tickets from Ms. Harper.
Graduation Paperwork
Seniors,
Please make sure you sign and return the Graduation Contract and the Flash Photography card to Student Activities. Copies can be picked up in the Student Activities Office.
The Senior Cap and Gown panoramic picture will be taken Friday May 17. We will begin lining up in the big gym at 1:00 pm. You must have your cap, gown, and tassel with you to be in the picture.
Baccalaureate 2024
Baccalaureate is a time for seniors to celebrate their upcoming graduation and hear words of inspiration as they embark on their next stage of life. Join us for the first-ever KISD combined Baccalaureate service.
Graduation Practice
Harker Heights and PM Career Center Students
Graduation practice will be held on Wednesday, May 22 during 4th period. All seniors will go to lunch from 11:56 am-12:45 pm. Report to the auditorium beginning at 12:45 pm. Practice will begin at 1:00 pm. Participation in Graduation Practice is mandatory. Attendance will be taken.
Graduation Practice
All Day/AM Career Center and Pathways Students
Graduation practice will be held on Thursday, May 23 at 11:00 am. You may report to the auditorium beginning at 10:45 am. Practice will begin at 11:00 am. Participation in Graduation Practice is mandatory. Attendance will be taken.
Graduation Ceremony
Harker Heights High School graduation will be held at the Cadence Bank Center (formerly the Bell County Expo Center) on Saturday, May 25 at 2:00 pm. Doors will open at 12:30 pm. Everyone, except graduates, must have a ticket to enter.
Cadence Bank Center has a clear bag policy. Visitors may bring in one CLEAR BAG 12" x 8" x 6" or smaller. Non-clear clutch bags or purses no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" are allowed.
