Tonight, the Board of School Trustees voted that effective Monday, December 20, 2021 the mask requirement for all BCSC students grades PK-12 will be withdrawn. This will allow parents of students ages 5-11 who choose to have their children vaccinated, time to be fully vaccinated before returning to school on Tuesday, January 4, 2022.
After a full week in school after Fall Break, cases and quaratines slightly increased. Elementary cases went from 3 to 4, and BHS (4) and the middle schools (2) had their first cases to impact students since Fall Break. Our Week #12 numbers of positive cases and quarantines are listed below.
