2024-2025 HONOR SOLOIST NAMED
On Monday, November 11th, 5 senior members of the Meistersingers auditioned for the privilege of being named Honor Soloist for the 2024-2025 school year. This tradition has continued since 1937, when Mr. Marshall Connor was named the first Honor Soloist for the 1937-1938 school year. The reign of Honor Soloist begins with the singing of "O Holy Night" in the annual Christmas Carol Service and ends with singing at the Homecoming Festivities the following school year.
Congratulations to this year's Honor Soloist, Hayden Katzor! Also, congratulations to runner-up, Emelia Martin. Their melodious voices will be showcased during this year's Meistersingers Annual Christmas Carol Service on December 14th at 7:00 pm and December 15th at 3:30 pm (Please see below for Concert Info and Tickets)

On November 11, many of East Fallowfield's classrooms celebrated Veterans Day. Second graders read a Scholastic News article and watched a short informational movie to learn about this special day. Third grade students in Mrs. Adams' class made cards for Mr. Adams, her husband and the dad to East Fallowfield second grade student Nolan and kindergarten student Landon. Mr. Adams recently returned from a 307 deployment. We are so thankful for his service and that of all of our veterans. Welcome home, Mr. Adams!

We still have a lot of teachers that need adopting!
Welcome to Adopt a Coatesville Teacher! Teacher and support staff lists have been posted for the 2024-2025 school year. Please know we are continuously updating these lists following board meetings and staff changes. Please alert us if you notice any errors.
What does it mean to adopt? We ask that community members who participate recognize their teacher on a monthly basis. This does not need to be monetary recognition. Our teachers love receiving encouraging notes and letters of support.
Ready to adopt? Visit the site https://adoptacoatesvilleteacher.blogspot.com/ and click the apple labeled "sign up". It's first come first serve. We do our very best to reply to any adoption requests within 24 hours with an update.
What happens after I submit my interest form? If the teacher has already shared their wish list and interests, I'll pass that along to you. Sometimes we may not have that information so give us some time to track it down. We do our best to provide more details about each adopted teacher's preferences.
Support across the year? We will be in touch on a regular basis via email and on the Facebook page to encourage you to share ideas of recognition and to remind you of critical times of the year when encouragement goes a long way.
Have questions? Just ask!
