Happy Monday, Jaguar families,
We have two weeks left to our 24-25 Yearbook Cover Contest! Check out the flyer below for guidelines for entries. We can't wait to see what the kids design this year! Entries can be turned in to the office and the winner of the new yearbook cover will be announced at Jagapalooza in February!
We also have our Culture and Arts night coming up! Mrs. Biscarro and Ms. Peterson are leading our students around the world in class to appreciate art and music from many different cultures. We hope families will consider sharing your culture with us and sign-up for a family booth! The event will take place on March 7th, 5:00-7:00pm.
To increase our learning of culture, we invite our students to participate in an optional Family and Culture research project. Interested students may complete the packet with their families and turn it in for a ROAR Store prize and a chance to share a little about their family culture on the announcements, if they wish. Completed projects can be turned in between now and March 6th - and it is suitable for all ages! Students may pick up a packet from their teacher or you can print it (linked above). The idea is for students to enjoy learning about their families and realize that culture is shared experiences and values that make their family special. We can't wait to hear from your students!
