Child Care Chalkboard

Once a week the Youth Center kids will visit the other classrooms for the opportunity to purchase Popsicles and Ice Cream Treats after snack. The treats will cost $.50-$1.75. We will provide Otter Pops for anyone who does not have money. If you would like to bring $5 or $10, we would be happy to keep this in an envelope for your child to use each week. We will let you know when it runs low. Look for the "ICW" (Ice Cream Wagon) in our field trip section to find out what day it will take place each week.

We will be closed on Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th in honor of Independence Day.

Come join us during your lunch hour as the Youth Center presents a Circus performance. The younger classes will be attending, but we also invite ALL parents to come enjoy the show.

Thursday July 26th at 12:30-1:30.

Please watch for the Fall Registration Form distributed on July 10th. It will be due back July 19th for the 2024-2025 school year. If your child will not be attending in the fall, we still need you to fill out a form so we know your final day. You can also click on the link below to access the Fall Enrollment form via the Childcare Website.

Monday, August 26: Closed for Teacher Training and Classroom Prep. This is after the end of the summer program which is August 23.

When your child receives new immunizations, please bring those records in to the office. We must keep immunizations up to date on all children. Our records are checked yearly to make sure all children are current. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Reading Buddies w/Youth Center 1:15-2:00/ICW

We will go to the Movie Theater to see this movie. It is rated PG but we have researched it on Plugged In and feel that it is safe to watch. If you do not want your child to attend please let a teacher know early so we can make other arrangements for your child. We will purchase popcorn for the children to enjoy during the movie. We will bring our waterbottles for drinks. We will bill you $2.50 for this field trip.

Please make sure your child has a lunch every day. We have microwaves available when we are staying at the center for lunch. Be sure to check the schedule and send a cold sack lunch when we will be away from the center. You are also welcome to send a morning snack if your child would like one.

We will go through the Maze, play bank shot basketball and miniature golf. Bumper boats are optional for an additional price per ride, to be paid the morning of the fieldtrip. $ may be brought for the snack bar. We are still working on the price for this fieldtrip as well as transportation since Mountain Climber will not go this far.
