Good afternoon Arrowwood Families,

Thank you for a great couple of days of conversations and sharing all of the great happenings here at Arrowwood during Parent Teacher Conferences. If you did not have an opportunity to attend, please feel free to reach out to your child's teacher to schedule a phone conference or email communication on your child's progress. We appreciate our families' support for the success of all of our students!

Also thank you to our Arrowwood PTO and Ms. Charity Watson. They have put countless hours in to our book fair and fall fundraiser to hit our fundraising targets. This additional support will help to support an author's visit in the spring, special events, and Hartley scholarships in the coming months at Arrowwood. If you would like to assist or even volunteer for a few hours, our monthly PTO meeting is on Monday, October 14th at 5:30 PM in the Arrowwood Commons. All are welcome to attend!

Arrowwood Elementary is currently seeking 1 individual to work as a lunch aid with the Eagles. Candidates must love kids, enjoying playing sports, and helping students with lunch. If you are interested or would like more information, please contact Ms. D'Haene

The White Pine Cross Country Team is excited to host our Annual Hawks Fall Classic one mile race on Wednesday, October 23rd this year. This is a FREE event and open to all STCS students in grades K-8th grade. Event details can be found by clicking on the link below. Last year Arrowwood had the most pumpkins decorated to receive a $250 donation to our art department so that all students could complete a clay project as well as several award winners. Be sure to check out this opportunity to receive a free pumpkin to decorate to submit to the competition at Skorupski's Funeral Home. Let's get creative Eagles!

Several agencies have reached out for the winter months and wanting to ensure that our students are prepared. If your student is in need of a new coat or your family needs support for the holidays, please check out these opportunities below. As well, please don't hesitate to reach out to our school counselor, Ms. Albosta or Ms. D'Haene or Mrs. Hill so that we can make sure all of our students have want they need to be successful.
