As a reminder, items ordered from the ShopFund fundraiser will be delivered on December 10th! To ensure a smooth pickup process, we have set up several time slots for you to choose from. Holiday Boutique
Dear ASA Families,
We are excited to announce that our Holiday Boutique is returning this year! ✨
Each class will have the opportunity to visit the boutique. Please check with your student's teacher to find out the specific day and time your child will be attending.
If you would like your student to shop, you can send cash with them on their scheduled day. Alternatively, for added convenience, you can purchase a gift certificate here or by clicking on the flyer. This option allows your child to enjoy shopping without needing to bring cash to school.
The PACK is also looking for volunteers! Click below if you'd like to sign up.

Accessing PowerSchool Parent Portal to Complete Student Waivers
We are committed to ensuring a smooth experience for you in managing your student’s club, tutoring and sport waivers. To help you navigate the PowerSchool Parent Portal and complete these important forms, we have prepared a brief instructional video. This video will guide you step-by-step through the login process and show you where to find and complete the necessary waivers for your student’s extracurricular activities. You may scan the QR Code or click the the photo to be taken to the video.

PAW Patrol
Are you looking for a way to volunteer at ASA? Join the PAW Patrol (Parents of Awesome Wolves)! PAW Patrol is an innovative parental involvement initiative aa ASA Thrive that invites mothers, fathers, guardians and/ or significant family members to volunteer at least one day a year. As your students prepare for the transition to high school, many local high schools are hosting events to showcase their programs, provide important information, and answer questions. These events are a wonderful opportunity to explore your options and learn about the unique opportunities each school offers.
We encourage you to take advantage of these events to help make informed decisions about your student’s future. Keep an eye out for invitations and announcements from specific schools, as they may require RSVP or have limited seating.

The School of Arts + Enterprise would like to invite you to SAE Day: a preview day for prospective families. Learn more about what a SAE education has to offer your creative student!
Guests will have the opportunity to learn about our award-winning arts, enterprise, and academic programs. You’ll hear from school leadership, experience live performances, and take a tour of our campuses. Apart from the traditional in-person offering, The School of Arts + Enterprise provides self-motivated students with a unique and challenging educational option via our Hybrid and Independent Study models. ✍🏻 Waiver Required : If your child was invited to participate, please complete the waiver on the PowerSchool Parent Portal. This is needed for them to participate.
⏰ Dismissal Time: Pick-up is at 4:05 p.m. After two late pick-ups across any club or session, we may have to pause your child’s club participation for the rest of the year.
🌟After-School Competitions: To participate in any after-school competition, students must attend the regular school day.

As our ASA Counseling Program grows we want to share with our families what we are learning and focusing on as a school in the socio-emotional realm. Each week will feature the school wide Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skill, a breathing strategy, and grade level lesson topics
This week's school wide Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skill is: Confidence
Breathing Strategy of the week: Box Breathing
8th Grade will be learning about relational aggression
6th Grade will be learning about problem solving issues that they can handle on their own.
