Coloma Junior High
Family Edition - Week of January 27th
Athlete Spotlight - Bryce Cartwright
Bryce Cartwright is a current 8th grade student in the Junior High. Bryce participates in Football, Basketball, Wrestling, and Baseball. Bryce is a leader on his teams and is a great teammate. Bryce also maintains straight A's in the classroom. We are proud to have Bryce represent Coloma both on and off the field. Congratulations, Bryce!
NWEA Testing
This week, we will be administering our Winter NWEA testing, which will offer us valuable insights into academic progress. Our staff has been collaborating with students to establish their individual goals. We will also be offering incentives to encourage students to demonstrate their knowledge during the assessments. Your support is essential; please ensure that your student arrives on time and is well-rested on the test dates.
8th Grade Scheduling for High School
Our 8th grade students attended the Elective Presentation at the High School on Friday. The presentation was a comprehensive overview of the many options available to students at the high school level. Students are encouraged to review the information and discuss with their caregivers. If you have additional questions, please contact Mr. Shaffer our High School Counselor at gshaffer@ccs.coloma.org.
Students will meet with our High School Counselor to make their course selections in their US History class on February 28th.
