May Family Newsletter

Every two weeks (roughly), our staff nominate each other to receive the CUBS award. CUBS stands for : Celebrating and Uplifting our Beloved Staff. This award is special because it is all about staff members recognizing each other! Staff members who receive the award are given a certificate of appreciation, Baxter the bear, and shoutouts on our app/newsletter/announcements. Be on the lookout for our announcements on our app!

Do you have a student that will be joining our CCES community next Fall? Will your child be age 4 or age 5 by October 15, 2024? If you have a student who will be attending CCES this fall for the first time please fill out the link below. This link will help us get the necessary information from you in order for us to help keep you informed. We want to partner with you to help make a smooth and successful transition for your child in the very beginning of their school experience. Hello CCES Families! A big thank you to all families who donated to our Bangor Humane Society fundraiser. We were certainly able to help lots of our furry friends with our donation. Be on the lookout for one more theme week this school year! Our student council members will be spending some time picking up litter around the CCES campus this spring.

We created our planned absence form to be electronic, so you can have access to it at any point! Just a reminder that we ask if your family plans to be out for an extended period of time that you fill out a planned absence form prior to your absence. Extended absences that are not prior approved will be marked as unexcused. Thanks for your help and communication with this!
