The Weekly Update #4
July 19th, 2024
Week of September 9 - 13, 2024
Principal's Message
As we celebrate the birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary on September 8, we are reminded of her profound role as the Mother of our Lord and as a guiding figure for us in faith. This special day not only marks the birth of Mary but also invites us to reflect on her example of humility, faith, and unwavering devotion to God.
For our school and parish community, Mary serves as a model of love and care. Her “yes” to God reminds us of the importance of embracing our own callings with courage and trust. Just as she nurtured and supported Jesus, we too are called to nurture and support the children in our care, helping them grow spiritually, academically, and emotionally.
In a world that sometimes feels uncertain, we can look to Mary as a source of peace and inspiration. I encourage you all to take time today to pray together as a family, asking for her intercession and guidance as we navigate this school year.
As a community, let us continue to honor Mary’s legacy by fostering an environment rooted in kindness, compassion, and a strong commitment to our faith.
May Mary, our Heavenly Mother, watch over all of us, and may her birthday be a reminder of the love that unites us in Christ.
Blessings,
Dr. Gonzalez
