Legislative Priority 5: Support Recruitment, Retention & Alt. Certification
Legislative priorities, approved by the Blue Valley Board of Education, are crucial for advocating for our students, educators and community. These priorities address key issues needing attention from legislators, including the support of recruitment, retention and alternative teacher certification. Addressing these priorities can help prevent potential staffing shortages that could impact the quality of education. Watch the video to learn more about why the district makes supporting recruitment, retention and alternative teacher certification a top legislative priority.
