Dear Families,
Can you believe this is our last full week of school before winter break? This year has gone by fast! We are continuing the complete our winter benchmark assessments this week. This allows us to analyze data and evaluate how our students are progressing. We are excited to share student progress with you!
As we enter cold & flu season, please let us know if students are going to be out of school due to illness. We do offer Covid testing, for free, to our community. For more information about getting a Covid test done, please call our nurses 913-727-1128.
Our first grade is attending a field trip to the Coterie Theater today. We are fortunate to have access to a live theater experience to extend our reading standards. We appreciate family support with fieldtrips. Speaking of family engagement, our Site Council has been planning our next family engagement opportunity which will feature implementing the Watch Dogs Program. For a brief overview of the Watch Dogs program, please click here: https://dadsofgreatstudents.com/
