I hope this message finds you well as we embrace the festive spirit of December! Here are some important updates and highlights from Edwardsburg Primary School:

PBIS Rewards: As part of our PBIS initatives for the month of December our students are earning Grinch ornaments to add to the office window. The ornaments are tracked by class and when the ornaments fill their classroom track, the classroom has earned the opportunity to watch the animated version of The Grinch (2018). This movie is rated PG. If you do not want your child to watch this movie with their class, please contact your child's teacher.

Holiday Celebrations: Our school will be hosting various holiday-themed activities throughout December. Your child's teacher will include information on classroom celebrations in their correspondence with you.

Winter Break: As we approach the end of the year, please note that our winter break will start at the end of the school day on December 22 and conclude on January 8, 2024. We wish all families a joyful and restful break, filled with warmth and happy moments.

December 22nd - Santa visit and Sing-a-long

The First Grade Students had a trip to the Morris Performing Arts Center in South Bend today. The students had a great experience seing a ballet performed with a live orchetsra. Thank you to Mrs. Raska-Selle and our great teachers for taking our students to the theatre.

Cold weather is here, and it is going to get snowy soon enough. We do have a small supply of items that students can borrow, but not enough if a lot of students do not have the proper outdoor clothing. I have attached some guidance to help you understand the expectations for being outdoors at school.

Edwardsburg Primary is home to our district's Kindergarten and 1st Grade Students. Located in the village of Edwardsburg, Michigan, we offer classes that are traditional, gender specific, looping and multi-age. There is something for everyone at Edwardsburg Primary.
