Dear Amazing Families of Madison Park,
This week has flown by.Our 5th grade students had an amazing time visiting the Phoenix Zoo. Students had the opportunity to participate in activities to help them to discover, connect, and learn about fascinating animal species and the natural world.
During this time of year we all tend to think more about giving to others less fortunate than ourselves. Our Student Council and NJHS will be sponsoring our annual food drive to benefit St. Mary’s Food Bank. Please continue to bring in your donations through November 26th, 2024.
A reminder to our families we will be hosting our “Turkey Trot” walk/run event. All students will participate during their electives. Families are welcome, please see your child’s schedule for elective times.
Ms. Daffe is seeking donations of the following items to give out as prizes.
Please feel free to drop off these items at our front office.
Pretzel Small Bags
Fruit Snacks
PopCorn
Cheez-It Crackers small bags
Planning ahead, the week of December 2nd-6th your child will take a MAP® Growth™ test from NWEA®. MAP Growth scores help teachers check student performance by measuring academic achievement and growth. These results are used to tailor classroom lessons and set goals for students.
We would like to wish our Park Families a wonderful and restful Thanksgiving Break. Our school will be closed on November 27th-29th.
Best regards,
Priscilla Gossett - Principal
Rebecca Galindo - Assistant Principal

Tax Credit Donation
We have an opportunity that will assist all students of Madison Park School. If you are interested in supporting our students and receiving a credit on your Arizona State Income Taxes, please take the time to contribute to our Tax Credit Program click here. You may donate up to $400 to the children of Madison Park School. In doing so, you will receive a dollar for dollar tax break on your State Income Taxes.
Your generosity will make a significant difference in our ability to provide needed services and extended activities to our diverse population.
The tax credit donations are used to fund field trips to visit libraries, museums, and various cultural centers. It is important for us to enrich the academic environment in order to maintain a cutting edge academic program. Many of our students would not have the chance to take part in these experiences unless the school provides these opportunities. Our students deserve the rich experiences that other schools are privy to. We make every effort to provide that sense of balance, keep children safe, and provide enriching opportunities for the students of Madison Park School.
Be sure to keep your receipt(s) for tax purposes and note the CTDS numbers for our schools, listed below. You will reference the number corresponding to the school you donated to for tax purposes.

Park Gratitude Tree
Our PTO has sponsored the Park Gratitude Tree. Please stop by the office lobby and choose a tag of one of our awesome staff members. Between now and Dec. 13th, pick something from the small items listed on the tag and surprise the staff member.
Here is how it works:
Stop by the Office Lobby and choose a Tag from the tree.
Fill out the bottom portion of the Tag and place it in the box so we know who took the tag.
Take the top part of your tag and between now and December 13th, to pick something from the items listed to surprise the staff member.
Thank you for helping us show gratitude and support for the Amazing Park Staff.
