Principal's Message
Happy Summer iFlagler Knights and Families!
I hope everyone is enjoying some fun in the sun AND staying cool and hydrated. The 2024-2025 school year begins on Monday, August 12. In order to ensure a smooth beginning of the school year please review the action items and upcoming dates in this newsletter. Flagler Schools will be kicking off the school year with the Annual Back to School Jam on Saturday, August 3rd, from 10:00-1:00. This is held in the Flagler Palm Coast High School 800 gym. I hope to see you all there. The iFlagler 24-25 school year Orientation Meet and Greet Event is scheduled for Monday, August 26th, from 10:00-12:00. Save the Date.

Introduction to Ms. Lee
Help us welcome our newest Knight, Ms. Lee! Ms. Lee is our School Secretary, Registrar, and Bookkeeper. We are so excited to have her join our team.
Ms. Lee is originally from Brooklyn, New York. She comes from a background of education and criminal justice. She has been a member of the Flagler Schools for the past 9 years. Ms. Lee serves as the president of the George Washington Carver Foundation. The mission of the George Washington Carver Foundation is to provide assistance in helping aid and guide the youth of Flagler County toward a better quality of life. Ms. Lee has a passion for helping others!
Summer State Testing Options
iFlagler will be offering state testing for any students who missed the required spring testing options. Families will be contacted directly for this summer opportunity.
Enrollment
Are you returning to iFlagler for the 24-25 school year? If you haven't already done so, please complete the survey by clicking the link below. Complete the form whether you are returning or not. We need to know either way. Students not returning to iFlagler must complete the registration process at the new school. Contact the iFlagler office for assistance.
Schedules
Course requests will be loaded onto your VSA student dashboard. Do not drop/delete/change any requests on your dashboard. If you have a question, contact the office directly. The majority of academic courses will be scheduled for you. For situations with options, an iFlagler representative will contact you. Please respond promptly to ensure a complete schedule. Students pick their elective courses. If you haven't already done so, please send us your elective course options by clicking the appropriate link below. Students who do not submit elective course requests will be placed in courses with availability by administration.

School Advisory Council (SAC)
The School Advisory Council (SAC) is a school-based group intended to represent the school, the community, and those persons closest to the students who share the responsibility of supporting the school's continuous improvement. The SAC is composed of the principal and an appropriately balanced number of school faculty and staff members, students, parents, business and community citizens. The SAC meets once a month to discuss the school's and students' needs and implementation of the school improvement plan.
2024 -25 SAC Meetings
SAC meetings are held on the following Wednesdays from 6pm-7pm in the administrative office at the iFlagler Campus. If you are unable to join us in person, Google Meet links will be shared prior to each meeting.
