5Essentials
February 5, 2024
In collaboration with the Illinois State Board of Education, School District 123 seeks to evaluate school climate and learning conditions. All D123 schools must have a minimum amount of participation in the survey to receive results.
The survey, open from January 30 to March 29, invites students (grades 4-8), teachers, and parents to provide feedback aimed at enhancing educational experiences and the school community. Focusing on five critical aspects—Effective Leaders, Collaborative Teachers, Involved Families, Supportive Environment, and Ambitious Instruction—the survey results will contribute to the 2024 School and Illinois State Report Card, ensuring anonymity for all participants. The identities of students, staff, and parents will be kept private, and responses will not be associated with any individual.
