On Tuesday, September 17th we will be celebrating Constitution Day! Our teachers have planned engaging lessons and activities to help our students understand and appreciate the significance of the U.S. Constitution. We look forward to a day of learning and celebration!

Saline Area Schools is proud to launch the School and Family Partnership series for the 2024-25 school year. These sessions are designed cover a wide range of topics focused on helping students succeed within and beyond the classroom. The first session, held on Monday, September 23 at 6:30 p.m. at Liberty School, will cover School Engagement Essentials. Every once in a while, a Saline Area Schools family needs just a little bit of extra help. When that happens, we want to make it easy for other families to fulfill that need without knowing who the need is for. These needs will include such things as coats, boots, snacks, gas cards, lunch money, etc...

Test your smarts at Oscar’s Sports & Grill for our Meet the PTA: Parents Night on Wednesday, September 18! Arrive around 6:30pm for a meet and greet, stay as long as you’d like — trivia starts at 7:30pm. Appetizers will be provided by the PTA and guests may purchase additional food and drinks. Please RSVP to info@prpta.org.

The cafeteria can always use extra hands to help direct the kids, open packages, and provide other general duties. Volunteers are welcomed for all lunch periods, but are especially helpful for Young 5s, Kindergarten, and 1st grade. If you would like to volunteer, please sign up here.

Save the date! Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, October 8th at Pleasant Ridge in the Staff Lounge. We’ll have time for socializing at 7:00pm with meeting beginning at 7:30pm. All are welcome!

Our PTA works diligently to provide opportunities for parents and students to connect within the school community. Do you have a skill set that would be beneficial to our students?
