Principal's Message
This week at LRE students completed benchmark reading assessments which are done three times a year to track progress. Next week our students will be completing benchmark math assessments. As always, please encourage your child to give their best effort to show what they know! I am very proud of all of the hard work our LRE community has done around learning so far this year!
On Monday we will be celebrating our students of the month at our January leadership assembly. As you know, this month our focus was on PERSEVERANCE. Our fourth grade student council representatives will be leading our assembly for us this month. We look forward to a great celebration!
Have a wonderful weekend!

Do you know a child who will be five years old on or before August 31? Maybe it's your neighbor, friend or even your own child. Links for next year's registration will be open on February 7th to enroll next year’s kindergarten students. The sooner you enroll, the better we can keep you informed. Get information on what documents you need and how to enroll -- the process will all be online at www.sumnersd.org/register.
