4th Grade @ ROE

4th grade will visit the Perot Museum on 12/4. We will send home more information and permission forms next month. If you would like to chaperone, please complete the Volunteer Form soon. This can take several weeks to process. The field trip will cost $3 per student. Please pay online using the School Cash link below.

November 8: Early Release

November 12: Thanksgiving Lunch (see info above)

November 15: No School- Staff Development

November 25-29: Thanksgiving Break

December 4: Field Trip (4th Grade)

ELAR- We will explain the interactions of the characters and the changes they undergo (4.8B)

Math- We will compare and determine if fractions are equivalent, making connections between fractions and decimals that name tenths and hundredths (4.3C-D)

Science- We will collect and analyze data to identify sequences and predict patterns of change in seasons such as change in temperature and length of daylight (4.9A)

Social Studies- We will analyze the causes, major events, and effects of the Texas Revolution, including

the Battle of the Alamo, the Texas Declaration of Independence, the Runaway Scrape, and the Battle of San Jacinto (4.3A)
