Goodbye September

Mrs Drew and I partnered up to do a fun SLIME activity in the STEM room. After weeks of students begging me to make slime, we finally made it happen! Students practiced following directions closely in order to successfully complete this chemical reaction.

• Kindergarten: Push vs Pull marble maze on a plate
• 1st Grade: What is Light?
• 2nd Grade: Solids, Liquids, and Gases Experiment
• 3rd Grade: Physical Properties of Matter & Chemical Reactions
• 4th & 5th Grade: Teamwork Cup Stacking & Morse Code Jewelry (Coding as a language)
• 6th Grade: Designing a Marble Run on a wall & Morse Code
• 7th Grade & 8B: Max Cahill Unsolved Case File (Teams are practicing team work, communication, and detailed note taking)
• 8U: Morse Code & Upcoming Engineering projects
