OFFICE UPDATE
It is getting close to the start of the 2024-2025 school year and we are beyond excited! Our staff is setting up their learning spaces, our new teachers have begun their orientation week, and our construction is wrapping up. We hope that your families are excited to begin this year of learning. We wanted to share the district's middle school video to get you excited for the school year.
WALK YOUR SCHEDULE
September 3rd, all middle schools in the district will have the students walk their schedule from 12:45-1:30. During that time students will have the opportunity to visit their classrooms and get an understanding of how to move through their day. The staff will be present in the hallway to help direct students. At 1:30 the staff will transition to meetings. During the first days of school our staff will continue to help students learn their schedule and different routines.
CELL PHONE USAGE
As we prepare to welcome students to the new school year, I want to emphasize the importance of creating a focused learning environment for all students. To ensure that our classrooms are conducive to learning, the expectation is that cell phones must be kept powered-off or silenced and out-of-sight during the regular school day. Please review the student-parent handbook for additional details. By following these guidelines, we can create a positive and productive classroom community where students can fully engage in their education.
