AMS Class of 2025 Visits Stone Zoo
The Andrews Middle School eighth grade traveled by bus today to the Stone Zoo, where they received accolades from the zoo staff for their exceptional behavior and respect demonstrated to the zoo staff. When the students returned, they shared so many exciting stories. These include the baby sloth who was a joy to watch, the monkeys, one of whom was disabled and living his best life, and the birds that were so talkative and colorful. Overall, the students seemed to enjoy every minute of the trip.
Our 7th-grade global scholars program ends the year with students completing a project that integrates the many components of the curriculum they learn throughout the year. Students have many options for how they will complete this project, from a survey to a project. Students have asked for the ability to present their message to you, the AMS families.
