Principal Message
Dear Elger Bay Elementary Families,
As the school year draws to a close, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to all of you. Serving as the principal of Elger Bay Elementary for the past two years has been an incredible journey, and I am truly thankful for the opportunity to work with such wonderful students, dedicated staff, and supportive families. Elger Bay is a special place, and it has been an honor to be part of this community.
I am also thrilled to introduce Ms. Sanchez, who will be stepping in as the new principal. Over the past week, Ms. Sanchez has spent time at our school, meeting students and staff and learning more about our community. I have no doubt that she is an incredible leader and will do a fantastic job. She is excited to get to know everyone and begin her work at Elger Bay.
As we approach the final days of school, I want to remind you of the adjusted schedule. On Monday, we will have a late start, and school will begin at 10:20. We will also be celebrating our 5th graders with a special run through the halls at 1:00, followed by an informal reception and slideshow. Our last day of school is Tuesday, with school starting at 9:00 and an early release at 11:00.
Thank you once again for the privilege of serving as your principal. I wish you all a wonderful summer and continued success in the years to come.
Warm regards,
Tim Dickinson
Principal
