OLVCS Updates

Fr. George asked to include the following in our Updates.

Dear Parents: I am pleased to announce a staffing addition for our school effective Dec. 1, 2024: Ms. Anne Bord will be promoted to Assistant Principal while maintaining her position as the Learning Support Teacher. Anne is a long-time employee of OLV, and because of this change will be stepping down as Director of Religious Education for the parish. She is currently working on her administration certification, and I am sure she offers much to enhance our school!

As Father George mentioned Anne is working on her coursework, and completing an internship this fall; focusing on elementary administration. Next semester Anne will complete a 2nd internship, with focus on middle school. I am excited to have her in this role, it will be helpful.

CHANGE in lunch menu tomorrow: The main entree will be Fish Sticks instead of Breakfast Burrito.

Dress Down Day: Monday, November 25th; theme Comfy Clothes. We will be back in uniform on Tuesday, when we will attempt an all school photo for Bishop Mark’s Birthday, Bishop Mark will turn 70 on January 1st.

Lands’ End Black Friday/Cyber Week Sale: This might be a great time to check the length of skirts and pants. Up to 40% off.
