Ready...Set...Materials!

Step 1: Check order status and view tracking info in the OLS

1. Log into LC account and click on the Learning Coach's name (top right of the Homepage)
2. Click the My Info in the drop-down menu
3. Select the Students name

Step 2: Check Course Material Order Status

1. Click the Orders tab to see a list of all material orders
2. Select the Order Number that you would like to view
3. Scroll down to Course Materials to view a summary of your order; this includes a list of the materials provided for each course, the kit name, SKU number, the order status and tracking information.
4. Click the "arrow" to see the items provided in each course kit

Step 3: Track Your Materials through UPS.com

My Info will provide the tracking number. Go to UPS.com website and enter the tracking number into the UPS Track box.

UPS will provide you the current location of your package as well as the estimated delivery date.

• Course Materials are generally left on the doorstep as no signature is required; however, depending on the location, some drivers do not leave packages if no one is at home.
• Computer Equipment requires a signature for delivery. UPS will make three attempts to delivery your packages and if an adult is not at home to sign for the delivery, they will leave a notice on your door.
• If you are not at home at the time of delivery, and UPS is not able to leave the packages, they will leave a notice on your door. Three attempts will be made to deliver the packages or you may pick them up at your local UPS facility.

No need to worry, you can still get started without them. Our first week of school is focused on orientations and assessments. You can start school with us while waiting on supplies.

The packages were "returned to sender" if the tracking shows delivered to one of the locations below:

• Vernon Hills, IL (CDW warehouse)
• North Las Vegas, NV (CDW warehouse)
• Louisville, KY (UPS warehouse)

(K-5) and MS courses are assigned when your student is approved/promoted to the next grade level.

High School courses will be assigned after the student's school counselor approves the schedule.

• If after school has started your student does not have courses assigned, please contact your High School Counselor or a school administrator.
• If you have questions about the courses assigned to your student, please discuss the course assignment with your teacher.

Note:

Materials are automatically ordered when course(s) are assigned. Check the student's Courses and Classrooms tab in My Info to verify course assignments. Your materials and computer equipment may arrive separately and on different days.
