Bobcats,

Shout out to our Bobcats for by far the most participation we have ever had in a themed dress day. It looked like almost every Bobcat was dressed in all black for our last Pep Rally of the year. Our Bobcats are down to the final 19 days of the 24-25 school year. Next Tuesday ALL of our Bobcats will take their last STAAR test of the year, Mathematics. All students can receive free breakfast on Tuesday so please ensure they are on time and get to their testing rooms promptly.

I also would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding job our Bobcats did in the 2022-2023 school year academically (our current 8th graders were 6th graders that year). The State of Texas just released Accountability Ratings (linked below for BMS) and Barton was rated an A campus and received 5 Distinctions. We have excellent teachers and our students work hard and represent themselves and our Bobcat community very well.

Getting Logged In for the First Time to Schoology

• Navigate to hayscisd.schoology.com and select “Forgot your password”

• Enter the email associated with your student on the Parent Portal and click “Send My Login Info”

• You will receive an email immediately entitled “How to Change Your Schoology Password”

• Click on the link in the email within 10 minutes to set your new password.

• Vaya a hayscisd.schoology.com y seleccione “Olvidó su contraseña”
