Bobcats,

It has been a very successful week for our Bobcats with our Academic UIL making a clean sweep and each grade level (6th, 7th & 8th) placing 1st and taking home the overall District Championship. Shout out to our Orchestra as well who made Sweepstakes at UIL this week receiving all 1’s. Next week our Bands will compete in UIL Concert and Sightreading at the Hays CISD PAC with the Concert Band competing on March 11th @ 8:30, Symphonic Band March 11th @ 3:00 and Wind Ensemble competing on March 12th @ 8:30. Good luck to all of our track athletes who will compete in the District track meet on March 12th and 13th at Hays High School. I would also like to commend our Bobcats on doing an outstanding job on the Math Benchmark. Students took their time, showed their work and will provide our Math teachers with valuable information on where students need additional instructional support.

Oh yeah and don’t forget that SPING BREAK begins on March 17th. I hope that everyone enjoys a well deserved break and come back ready to finish off the last 9 weeks of the 24-25 school year.

Getting Logged In for the First Time to Schoology

• Navigate to hayscisd.schoology.com and select “Forgot your password”

• Enter the email associated with your student on the Parent Portal and click “Send My Login Info”

• You will receive an email immediately entitled “How to Change Your Schoology Password”

• Click on the link in the email within 10 minutes to set your new password.
