We are excited to welcome the Elm Creek students to school on Tuesday! Please plan to arrive by 8:40 a.m. to allow your child time to be in class when school begins at 8:50 a.m.
First Day of school dismissal
On the first day of school only, we are dismissing students 10 minutes early. Walkers/pickups will be dismissed at 3:07 and bussers will be dismissed beginning at 3:10. Again, this is for the first day of school only. The purpose is to provide extra time for busses to load and get through the routes for the first day.

Breakfast - Door #12
Students eating breakfast will enter Door 12 beginning at 8:35 a.m. Please do not drive into the bus lot to drop students off at the breakfast door. Please plan to park in the main parking lot and walk the sidewalk to door 12.
End of day dismissal is at 3:17 p.m. for walkers & Pickups

Hello, my name is Ellie Chovan and I am the new Library Media Specialist at Elm Creek Elementary. I will see all students grades PreK-5 in the media center once a week. You can reach me at ChovanE@district279.org.
Welcome back! We are excited to get moving in Phy Ed. Melissa Elias will be teaching kindergarten (Servaty, Schooley), 3rd, 4th and 5th grades. Sara Yonak will be teaching kindergarten (Swanson, Schmidt), 1st and 2nd grades.
Hello Families! My name is Miller LaMotte. I am one of the music specialists at Elm Creek. In my class we will create, listen, play instruments and games, move, and sing together. My name is Elizabeth Wald, and I am the TAG specialist providing support for 5th grade at Elm Creek. TAG stands for T (Talent Development), A (Academic Challenge), and G (Gifted Support).
