News From Your Counselors
ALL GRADES
Classes are up and running! All students are encouraged to use our Varsity Tutors program for free help with any subject. Students can find this through their ClassLink app, and every student has a free account (single sign on through ClassLink). Varsity Tutors connects you with real people who can help you with your questions!
SENIOR GUIDANCE NEWS:
To set up a senior meeting, seniors must complete this Senior Interview Form. Once that is done, your counselor will meet with you to look at your transcript, discuss graduation, help with applications if needed, and answer any other questions you may have.
All seniors were emailed detailed instructions on the college application process on 9/12. The “Senior Guide to College Admissions” link gives step by step instructions for connecting CommonApp, requesting transcripts, getting teacher recommendations, and more. This can also be found on your RHR Google Classroom and the school website.
Seniors need to complete the “Transcript Request Form” every time you complete an application on SchooLinks to verify with your counselor that you’re ready for them to send your transcript to that specific college.
Reach out to your counselor with any questions along the way!
