Be Like Barry Day

To honor the memory and legacy of Barry Gunderson, we will celebrate him every year on his birthday with a Be Like Barry Day. We will wear red and blue, his favorite University of Arizona colors.

This day will include a one day fundraiser for children in Southern Nevada and a schoolwide kindness activity. This year, our fundraiser is for Child Haven, here is Las Vegas.

Any toy drive donations can be dropped off in our front office next week.

Our late bus started on Monday, August 19. Students may only ride the late bus if they qualify for CCSD transportation. Please note that late bus routes may be different from regular routes, so please discuss the closest route for your child. The late bus picks up from GMS between 3:45 and 4:15, Monday through Friday.

Every student at GMS has a school issued Chromebook. PLEASE make sure your child brings their Chromebook to school EVERY DAY and that they are charging their Chromebook NIGHTLY.
