The Impact Group collaborated with Orrville City Schools to develop a strategic plan grounded in robust stakeholder feedback. Recognizing the importance of diverse perspectives, the Impact Group implemented a multi-faceted approach to gather input from the community, staff, and students.

This approach included:

• A SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) discussion was held with the Board of Education members and the District Administrative Leadership team;

• Comprehensive surveys, garnering responses from over 180 community members and 100 staff, provided insights;

• Focus groups encompassing students, staff, parents, and community members facilitated in-depth discussions and idea sharing;

• Individual interviews were conducted with nine key community leaders, offering valuable insights from influential figures.

The Impact Group's methodology effectively captured quantitative and qualitative data, ensuring a holistic understanding of stakeholder needs and aspirations. This comprehensive approach provides a solid foundation for developing a strategic plan tailored to Orrville City Schools' unique context.
