Are you missing emails from the Wentzville School District?
If you're not receiving emails sent through the Wentzville School District, they might be landing in your spam folder. This can happen due to the various email domains used by our new communication system in Focus School Software.
Here's what you can do to make sure you receive all district communications:
Mark emails as "Not Spam" or "Safe": When you receive an email from a district address, mark it as "Not Spam" or "Safe" in your email provider's settings. This helps train your email filter to recognize future communications from the district.
Familiarize yourself with district email domains: Emails will be delivered from the following domains: focusmail.focus-sis.org, focusschoolsoftware.com, mg.focus-sis.com
Utilize the Focus Portal: All district communication, including emails, text messages, and phone messages, is also available through the Focus Portal and Wentzville Schools (Focus) app.
Our Instructional Technology team is working diligently with the Focus Support team to resolve this issue and ensure all families receive important district communications. Thank you for your continued patience!
