Here is a big “shout out” to the Longmont Estates families, students, staff and especially the volunteers who, once again, made the book fair such an incredibly successful fundraiser for the LEEL Library. With the funds raised, new titles will be purchased for all grade level students to check out and enjoy.

Reading is so essential to a student’s future successes and what a wonderful sight to see families coming into the book fair to purchase exciting reading materials for their children!

Thank you to everyone who supported the fair this year!

Our health office could use some extra clothes for our students. We’re especially in need of boys' underwear and elastic waist pants in sizes 5-8. These come in handy when little accidents happen during the day.

If you’re able to donate, please drop them off at the front office. We appreciate your support in keeping our kids comfy and covered!

Information about our upcoming dental clinic is coming home today in Thursday folders! The clinic will be held on Tuesday, March 11th, and a completed form is required for students to participate.

Silver Creek High School in partnership with the Asian-Pacific Association of Longmont (A-PAL) invites the community to its 15th Annual Lunar New Year Celebration on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Silver Creek High School (4901 Nelson Road, Longmont, CO). This free and public event runs from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., with doors opening at 1:30 p.m.

Get ready for a night of innovation, music, and art! This year's Inspiring Eagles: Our Nights to Shine is a new and exciting event combining the Innovation Fair, grade-level music performances, and a mini art show. Come celebrate your child's creativity and talent like never before!

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, please review the information below for details on the required vaccines for the 2025-2026 school year. Ensuring your child is up to date on immunizations helps keep our school community healthy and safe. If you have any questions, please contact the school office.

Students are invited to a special event on Friday, March 1st, from 6:00–9:00 PM at Silver Creek High School!

For just $20 per child, students can enjoy an exciting night filled with games, movies, crafts, and gym activities, plus pizza for dinner. Concessions will be available for $1 per item.

All proceeds from this event will go toward supporting children in Ghana and Guatemala.

Shakespeare Summer Camps – Early Bird Pricing Ends March 1st!

Thank you for welcoming the Shakespeare & Violence Prevention Tour into your schools this year! If any of your students are passionate about performing or Shakespeare, the Colorado Shakespeare Festival offers summer camps for ages 6-18.

Shakespeare’s Sprites (Ages 6-9) – A fun, 1-week camp introducing young performers to Shakespeare through scene work and pool noodle stage combat.

Camp Shakespeare (Ages 9-18) – A 3-week experience where students rehearse and perform a full-length play from the festival’s professional season on the Roe Green stage.

Early Bird Pricing ends March 1st, so encourage interested students to register soon! Scholarships are available!

The Colorado Symphony invites the friends and family of Longmont Estates Elementary School to a special free performance of Mini Música: The Three Little Pigs!

St. Vrain Valley Schools offers licensed Wraparound Pre-K Care for children ages 3 to 5 at six school sites, providing a safe and enriching environment to complement preschool or as a childcare option for younger learners.
