Lincoln Lions "ROAR" Newsletter
April 22, 2024 through May 3, 2024
Lincoln Update: Mrs. Morrison, Principal
We have had some busy weeks at Lincoln - and last week was no exception! ISASP testing for our students in grades 3-6 and Kindergarten Round Up for next year's students was held on Thursday afternoon. We will make up ISASP testing this week for any students who were absent last week.
You may have also heard your child talking about creating a quilt square at school. These quilt squares will be put into a large quilt. Every 7 years a quilt is made so every child has an opportunity to create a "piece of history" once in their time at Lincoln. This project is supported by the PTO. Students are either using markers or have chosen to embroider their quilt square. We have some amazing talents at Lincoln. The quilt squares are awesome!!!
Lincoln's S.T.E.A.M. Night is scheduled for this Friday, April 26. More information is provided further below in the ROAR newsletter. All students must be accompanied by an adult. Last year's event was fun and educational! We hope you can stop by between 5:30 and 6:30 PM.
