It was another great week at Stevenson Middle School! We all adjusted to the longer days and more beautiful sunshine, and we're only one short week away from Spring Break!

Our spring picture day is quickly approaching. Only students that pre-ordered Spring photos will be photographed on Picture Day. All orders must be placed by Wednesday, March 19.

All money for the Cedar Point trip will be due Wednesday, April 9.

Please turn in cash or checks to the main office, or submit payment via RevTrak.

Reminder, the cost is $75 which covers the ticket, all day drink pass, one lunch pass, and transportation on a charter bus.

If you are in need of financial assistance, please let Mrs. Kasper know as soon as possible.

Girls Soccer:

Tryouts begin Monday, March 31 at 2:45.

Boys and Girls Track & Field:

Girls Head Coach: Coach Cain

Practices begin Monday, March 31 at 2:50.

All students must have a sports physical on file--they cannot participate in tryouts or practices without a physical! Students can turn in completed physicals to the main office.

The School of Choice application period for the 2025-2026 school year is open from February 24 – March 21, 2025. This allows families to apply for their child to attend any school outside of their designated attendance area within the district.

If you or someone you know is interested in applying, please complete the application by the deadline.

Take a look at our focus areas for RAPS in March. In each class every day, students are able to earn 2 PBIS points for following the behavior expectations in this area. Students will be able to use their PBIS points to purchase items in our school store, replacement IDs, and admission to sporting events.

If your child’s bus is canceled, please make sure to inform the school by calling the attendance line or speaking with our counseling secretary Ms. Greenshields. Let them know that the absence is due to a bus cancellation. The secretary will mark your child’s attendance with a “B” for bus cancellation, which will not count against them for truancy purposes. This week, our Future Educators went to the MEA Educator Rising conference at Wayne State University.
