Important Please Read

The EDP All Day Outs are included in your After School Tuition unless your student's regular after school schedule does not fall on said day.


Examples:

1. Tuesday, September 5, 2023 -If your student is part time M/W/F and you sign up for this All Day Out you will be charged an additional $20 per student.

2. Thursday, October 5, 2023- If your student is part time M/W/F and you sign up for this All Day Out you will be charged an additional $20 per student.

3.Monday, January 8, 2024- If your student is part time T/TH/F and you sign up for this All Day Out you will be charged an additional $20 per student.

4. Monday, February 19, 2024- If your student is part time T/TH/F and you sign up for this All Day Out you will be charged an additional $20 per student.


Sign Up Dates/Deadlines:

  • September 5, 2023 - Sign Up By 8/30/23
  • October 5, 2023 - Sign Up By 9/29/23
  • October 6, 2023- Sign Up By 9/29/23
  • November 3, 2023 - Sign Up By 10/27/23
  • January 8, 2024 - Sign Up By 12/15/23
  • February 16, 2024- Sign Up By 2/9/24
  • February 19, 2024 - Sign Up By 2/9/24

Drop Off/Pick-Up Times:

7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

How To Sign Up?

Your student must be signed up for the All Day Outs in order to attend.

In order to sign up, Parent's may login to their Eleyo Parent Portal by clicking the button below or scanning the barcode on the All Day Out flyer.


Once parent's have logged into their account they will need to complete the following steps;


Step 1: Under "Your Accounts" select the desired Child Care Account.

Step 2: The child care contract page is displayed. Click Register Non-School Days.

Step 3: Select your attending child and click Continue.
Step 4: Select the season (23-24 After School Program) and click Continue.
Step 5: A list of Non-School Days for the selected season is displayed. Select the Non-School Days (All Day Outs) you want to register for.
Step 6: Click Continue.
Step 7: The Choose Location screen is displayed. Select the Non-School Day location from the drop down for each selected date. (Students must attend the recommended Site. If you choose a different site the EDP Office will correct it to the appropriate site.)

Step 8: Click Continue.
